Details for Patricia Ruth Pearson

Patricia Ruth Pearson was born June 9, 1930 in Washington, D.C. and died November 8, 2020 in The Villages, FL. She was predeceased by her parents Patrick Bryan McKenna and Ruth Downs Yesbek and sister Bedra Yesbek, and her late husband Robert Pearson. She is survived by a sister, Georgann Yesbek, and her children Andrew & wife, Trina, Maureen and husband Paul, and Mark and wife Terry; as well as eight grandchildren and six great grandchildren and three step grandchildren.

Patricia grew up in Washington, D.C., attending St. Patrick's Academy and then St. Joseph College in Emmitsburg, MD.

Patricia's life was dedicated to serving others, especially her family. This commitment was notable in the bed and breakfast she owned and operated in Montross, Virginia.

Always an adventurer, she sold her home in Montross, bought an RV, and hit the road. Though her travel continued on a global scale, she felt the need for a home and found that in The Villages, Florida.

Upon her move to Florida, not content to simply take care of herself, she worked for nearly 20 years in local dentistry practices serving as office assistant and the office

mother.

She was a member of the Red Hat Society and lived the last year of her life at the Carriage House where she enjoyed making new friends.

She will be missed. Her family is consoled in knowing that they loved her as much as she loved them, she always said, "I Love You More". She was a singular lady.

A service will be held in the near future, due to Covid-19.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Cornerstone Hospice Foundation or to a charity of your choice in her memory.
