Howard Landmann, 77, of The Villages, Florida, passed away

January 27th 2020 at

AdventHealth in Ocala with his wife at his side. A celebration of his life will be held at the Savannah Rec Center in The Villages on February 17 from 2pm-5pm.

Howard was born to Benno and Esther Landmann(Dietz) in Brooklyn, New York on February 9th 1942 He loved airplanes from an early age and enjoyed playing trivia games, watching Judge Judy and golfing.

Howard worked for McDonnell Douglas Corporation, MO, Sikorsky New Haven, CT, Reflectone Tampa, FL, Camber Corp Albuquerque, NM, Boeing St. Louis, MO, other locations and Landmann Manufacturing. He had a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of Brooklyn and a Master of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri.

Howard is survived by wife Roxanne of 26 years, sister Rita (Herb) Hirschfield of New York, daughter Pam Gates of Lutz, FL, sons Michael (Tracey) Landmann of Wilmington, DE and Brian (Kristine) Landmann of Woodinville WA, grandchildren Ilicia (Roy) Blackledge, Leah Landmann and Elisa Landmann, greatgrandchild Brooklyn Blackledge, cousin Linda (Phil) Cohen of The Villages, FL, and other loving cousins in New York and around the world. Preceded in death by parents and one grandson, Benjamin Gates.
