REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

Notice is hereby given that the Sumter County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) will receive proposal packages for the following: “RFP 028-0-2022/JV Sumter County On Call Plumbing Repairs and New Installation”.

The deadline for submission of questions relating to the RFP shall be August 15, 2022 by 5:00 p.m. A copy of the RFP must be obtained in order to view the items being requested by BOCC.

All RFP packages are due by 2:00 p.m. on August 29, 2022 to the address listed above. Late submittals will not be opened. RFP submittals must be clearly marked as: “RFP 028-0-2022/JV Sumter County On Call Plumbing Repairs and New Installation”.

Upon submission, all RFP packages will become the property of the BOCC, who has the right to use any or all ideas presented in any packages submitted in response to this RFP, whether or not the RFP is accepted. Proposal packages will be opened at 2:05 p.m. on August 29, 2022 in the Public Works Training Room located at 319 E. Anderson Avenue, Bushnell, Florida 33513.

The Selection Committee shall meet on August 31, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. in the Public Works Training Room located at 319 E. Anderson Avenue, Bushnell, Florida 33513 to review and discuss the proposal packages.

The Selection Committee’s recommendation for contract award will be presented to the BOCC on September 20, 2022.
