At Glenview Country Club Restaurant, the back room has a window encompassing the entire wall, showing off the championship course’s expanse of golfing green.
Jack Suleiman, owner of Redsauce, fell in love with the view and bought the restaurant. He closed it for a week for maintenance and cleaning, and reopened to the public with new hours Monday.
When he bought Glenview, Suleiman kept the decor exactly the way it was when he bought it. The restaurant is still decked out with trophies, golf clubs and memorabilia decorating the restaurant’s olive-green walls, but the furniture was taken out back and refinished.
