Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Florida Water Management District has approved Water Use Permit 20020687.003, Southeast Wildwood Water Conservation Authority. The approval is for a modification of the existing Water Use Permit for increase in the permitted withdrawal rates and the addition of nine lower Floridan aquifer wells and nine repumping surface withdrawals.

Location: Sections 20, 21, 26-28, 31-34, 36 Township 19s Range 23e and Sections 1-3, 11, 12 Township 20s Range 23e in Sumter County.

The permit is available for public inspection Monday through Friday at Tampa Service Office at 7601 US Highway 301, Tampa, Florida 33637-6759. Interested persons may inspect a copy of the permit and submit written comments concerning the permit. Comments must include the permit number and be received within 21 days from the date of this notice.
