Notice is hereby given that the Southwest Florida Water Management District is proposing approval of the modification of Water Use Permit 20020687.003, Southeast Wildwood Water Conservation Authority. The application for modification is for replacement of an upper Floridan irrigation well, that will be properly abandoned, with a proposed lower Floridan irrigation well. There will be no change in the currently permitted withdrawal rates.

The permit is available for public inspection Monday through Friday at Tampa Service Office at 7601 US Highway 301, Tampa, Florida 33637-6759. Interested persons may inspect a copy of the permit and submit written comments concerning the permit. Comments must include the permit number and be received within 21 days from the date of this notice.
