Requested Action:

Special use permit allowing for a circus school with gymnastics studio to be added to an existing trick riding school.

The proposed applications may be inspected by the public at the Development Services Department, 7375 Powell Rd., Suite 115, Wildwood, FL, between the hours of 7:30 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. weekdays. All interested citizens are welcome to attend and be heard with respect to the proposed application. Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 286, Florida Statutes, Section 286.0105, if a person decides to appeal any decision made by an above named Special Master with respect to any matter considered during any public meeting, he or she will need a record of the proceedings and that, for such purposes, he or she may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, which record may include the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.

Only those persons receiving mailed notice in accordance with the requirements of Section 13-315 of the Sumter County Land Development Code shall be qualified as “affected parties” for the purpose of examining witnesses during the noted hearings.
